R E JUDGEMENT

ON THE APPOINTMENT OF SOCIAL CAPITAL
IN THE ASSEMBLY AND THE BOARD OF THE JOINT STOCK COMPANY
"Yugoslav River Shipping" BEOGRAD

I

The general meeting of shareholders "Yugoslav River Shipping" Belgrade shall be appointed for representatives of social capital outside the company:

1. Ivan Radosavljevic, Doctor of Political Sciences in Belgrade;
2. Sanja Miladinovic, a graduate teacher from Merosina;
3. Srecko Ninic, an economist from Valjevo.

II

The Board of Directors of Joint Stock Company "Yugoslav River Shipping" Belgrade shall be appointed for representatives of social capital outside the company:

1. Sasha Aleksic, BSc in Economics from Belgrade;
2. Milun Trivunac, Master of Economic Sciences, Belgrade;
3. Predrag Petrovic, doctor of veterinary medicine from the presses;
4. Sasa Petrovic, B.Sc. Agriculture from Knjazevac;
5. Vladimir Case, an economist from Novi Sad.

This resolution shall be published in "Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia".
